Resolution of the Jewish council in Toruń
The Złotów poviat elders gathered at the regional council in Toruń established the amount of the tariff and pledged to hand it over the Złotów elders under the threat of execution. At the same time, they resolved that they were subordinate to the Złotów community only as regards tax matters.
