Crown Treasurer Karol Odrowąż Sedlnicki orders Marshal Marek Dukielski and the land elders of Kraków and Sandomierz not to singlehandedly impose new tax burdens on communities in the land, especially on Opatów. The land elder whose actions lead to a trial in the treasury tribunal is to be held personally responsible. The treasurer also prohibits the marshal from paying for the expenses of land elders without his consent.
