Grand Crown Treasurer Hieronim Augustyn Lubomirski orders deputies with treasury assignations to go to Jewish land elders who will prepare for them the tax allocation for each community in towns and townlets according to a regulation on the head tax and an additional hiberna tax that was passed at the Grodno diet in 1693. Only afterwards will deputies be able to go and collect money from particular towns and townlets. Each community with a treasury assignation should pay provisions of 2 zlotys per day for each deputy and his servants (but no more than 4 persons). Moreover, each deputy will receive from the community 30 zł per day for fulfilling their duties. The grand treasurer forbids deputies to force any other payments from Jews.
