Protestation for Crown elders
Abram Irszkowicz protests on behalf of elders of Crown lands, that Adam Szaniawski, Wojski of Krasnostaw, notary of the castle court of Łuków, concerning a sum of 12,000 Polish zlotys ceded by burgher Recznek, sued them at a wrong court, i.e., at the Jarosław fair court, incurring their losses during the fair, while also breaching the prerogatives of the Crown tribunal in which a dependent case was being heard.
